Christmas Number 1

Yesterday I made a poll asking you what your favourite Christmas number one of the noughties is. As it begins to approach that time of year again, the question is: who will be Christmas Number 1 in 2011?

In recent years The X Factor's winning  single has gone to the top of the charts at Christmas and no doubt it'll put up a good fight this year.

However, due to a major drop in viewing figures; accusations of fixing the results of the show and a general lack of talent on this years X Factor may mean that it might be defeated this year round like it did in 2009 where a Facebook campaign got Rage Against The Machine's Killing In The Name to the number 1 at Christmas beating The X Factor.

So what music can you buy to knock it off the top spot?

The Best Song By The Smiths is...

The poll asking people what their favourite Smiths tune has been on my blof for the last week.

It was quite a close result which ended with "How Soon Is Now"; Please Please Please Let Me Get What I Want"; There Is A Light That Never Goes Out" and "Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before" all coming in at tied 2nd place with 4 votes for each.
